Course Introduction: For better or worse, communication and conflict are day to day realities.  Good or bad communication changes relationships and organizations.  The good news is that effective communication skills can be learned and conflict can be overcome. The text examines recent studies in social sciences and filters the findings through Scripture.  This course will equip Christians with Scriptural strategies that build trust in relationships through healthy dialogue.

Who Should Take This Course: This is a 300-level course designed to give leaders the communication skills they need to build healthy relationships, teams, and organizations. It is a deep dive into communication skills that ministry leaders will tremendously benefit from.  This course will also benefit any Christians seeking to improve their communications both personally and professionally.
